Whether you’re a first-time MDSL user or a TEM veteran who wants to brush up your skills, an MDSL training session offers the perfect opportunity.
You’ll receive comprehensive, hands-on training in an interactive and collaborative environment. Training sessions take place in MDSL’s London, New York or Tokyo offices, or they can be delivered at your choice of location. They range from one to five days and numbers are limited, to ensure students get maximum value.
You’ll be trained to Certificate level, giving you a transferable TEM skill which is recognised by the growing number of enterprises using MDSL solutions.
MDSL Administrator training is a comprehensive, hands-on set of training programmes and exercises in which you’ll learn and practise setting up, configuring and maintaining MDSL solutions for optimal results.
- MDSL Fundamental
Introductory MDSL concepts, terms and set-up. Learn how to navigate MDSL Telecom Expense Manager, search for information, modify personal settings and perform basic tasks.
- MDSL Intermediate
Basic set-up. How to define the company’s profile, set up and administer multiple currencies, manage users, understand user profiles, set up the company’s role hierarchy, define the data security model and manipulate data.
- MDSL Advanced
(Recommended for MDSL system administrators.) Advanced customisation: how to create custom fields and customise page lay-outs, and perform other advanced administrative tasks.
Recommended for users interested in generating reports to analyse TEM data. You’ll learn the fundamentals of creating and analysing organisational data using MDSL Report Manager, before creating reports to strategically analyse spending trends, cost centre allocation, cost per vendor and event reports.
