Online support Centre

MDSL has developed an Online Support Centre that allows customer to connect through the web giving you access to submit support requests and to view their status through to resolution. A customer also has access from the Online Support Centre to the MDSL frequently asked questions knowledge database (FAQ) and information about the latest releases and hot fixes.

Follow the sun

MDSL support team is available to action support requests submitted to the Online Support Centre or provide telephone support using a ‘follow the sun’ support model. Our European, US and Asian offices provide support staff that are always ready to help you. Our front line support teams have a very high first call resolution rate on all MDSL products, they also manage any calls through to resolution that need to be escalated to our technical development team.
