Administrator training

MDSL’s Administrator training is a comprehensive, hands-on, set of training programs between one to five-day duration, in which participants learn and practice setting up, configuring, and maintaining MDSL solutions for optimal results. As a training participant, you will receive expert instruction on MDSL functionality and best practices. You will then put your training into practice when you setup and configure MDSL solutions with a series of hands-on exercises. There are three modules for administrators.

MDSL Fundamentals

Recommended for all users, this course covers introductory MDSL concepts, terms, and setup. Administrator will learn how to navigate through the MDSL application, search for information, modify personal settings, and find additional help, as well as perform other basic tasks.

MDSL Intermediate

Recommended for MDSL administrators, this course covers the basic administrative setup of MDSL. Users will learn how to define their company's profile, set up and administer multiple currencies, manage users, understand user profiles, set up their company's role hierarchy, define the data security (sharing) model, and manipulate data using various administrator tools.

MDSL Advanced

Recommended for MDSL system administrators, this course covers advanced customization of the MDSL application. Users will learn how to create custom fields and customize page layouts, as well as perform other advanced administrative tasks.
