User groups

At MDSL, we are proud of our customer user groups, which have been proactive in the development of our Telecoms Expense Manager (TEM) solution.

Regional user groups in North America, Europe and Asia meet regularly to provide a unique insight into specific customer requirements and propose new features that would improve local requirements. The user groups are also an important way for our clients to share ideas and maximise the effectiveness of MDSL solutions.

The user group aims are:

• To facilitate networking and knowledge exchange amongst members
• To provide an independent feedback to MDSL
• To maintain and develop our close and influential relationship
