MDSL Expands Customer Service Offerings; Hires Zarina Jackson as Account Executive in MDM

London, New York, Tokyo and Macau, December 14, 2009 - MDSL, the leader in global cost management solutions, continues expanding its suite of customer relations offerings for its Market Data Manager (MDM) client user base, and recently hired Zarina Jackson in a new role as account executive.  Based in the New York office, her core responsibilities will include new business development and managing existing customer relationships.  She will report to Bradley Firminger, Director of Customer Relations.

Jackson has over 16 years experience in the sector. She served as a client training team leader and financial applications specialist at Reuters America from 1997-2005.  More recently, she served as a market data auditor for various firms including MicroRose LTD and Jordan and Jordan.

The recently established customer relations unit will serve as a clearinghouse providing information on latest enhancements and updates to the MDM product.  Additional resources include a global help desk and ASP technical support.
