The world-leading provider of express delivery services has selected MDSL to managed their global telecom expense expenditure

London, New York, Tokyo and Macau, 06 August, 2008 – MDSL, the leading provider of global telecom expense management (TEM) solutions, is proud to announce that the world-leading provider of express delivery services has selected MDSL’s tools and services to help them improve the management of their global telecom assets and costs.

The project will go through a three-month ‘proof of concept’ phase in the UK with strict criteria for success. If successful, it will be deployed across 11 countries in Europe, North America and APAC.

Philippe Lignac adds "The criteria for selection were mostly around three elements. Firstly, demonstrably successful TEM projects across three continents. Second, a powerful set of processes design to create best-practices around the organization. Third, comprehensive reporting functionality to improve overall cost transparency. "

One key element of the overall project will be the link between the TEM solution and the customer’s SAP system in order to automate the payment and charge back mechanism.
