BNP Paribas commences roll out of MDSL Telecoms Expense Manager

BNP Paribas are the latest global bank to sign up for MDSL's Telecoms Expense Manager (TEM). This follows hot on the heels of a rollout by another French Bank - SG Group earlier this year.

MDSL's Market Data Manager (MDM) is the market leading solution for the management of market data inventory, and is used by a large percentage of leading financial institutions. TEM integrates with MDM, and provides inventory management, automated electronic billing handling, and cost analysis for telecoms expenditure.

MDSL's European Sales Director Carl Jones says:

"Over the last decade financial firms have been very successful in controlling and documenting their market data expenses using MDM. There is a growing realisation that they face very similar challenges in the telecoms area and that MDSL has the tools to help them. We are delighted to add BNP Paribas to our list of TEM customers."

BNP Paribas have used MDM globally for over five years. They are commencing a TEM rollout in New York, and will then progressively roll out the system around the world. The service will be hosted on a single centralised database located in Paris.
