A Japanese leading multi-national financial company chooses MDSL TEM for managing their Telecom Cost

New global Customer reflects MDSL’s success with automating Telecom Expense Management.

London – New York - Tokyo – January 12, 2006 – MDSL, the leading provider of OnDemand cost management solutions, today announced that a leading Japanese bank have chosen to deploy the MDSL TEM (Telecom Expense Manager) globally. The contract extension comes after a proof of concept in the bank sites in the US.

The bank’s goal is to standardize global business processes for controlling and managing their growing Telecom expenses, and will manage TEM from three regional centers in New York, London and Tokyo.

The bank appreciate the need for top class support and know that MDSL are uniquely placed to provide this as they have been using MDSL’s MDM (Market Data Management) products globally for over 7 years to provide a solution for all their Market Data cost management and business reporting requirements.

MDSL will roll out the TEM solution to all bank offices and will collect, validate and load inventory data across twenty technology services, creating standard business processes across the all company.

The new contract confirms MDSL position as the world leader for “Telecom Expense Management” in the financial sector; however MDSL’s TEM product is applicable across all sectors especially to companies that have complex telecoms inventory, multi-national billing and transparent internal reporting requirements.
