MDSL Rates "Promising" in 2006 Gartner's MarketScope: Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Research

London - New York - Tokyo - Dec 12, 2006 - MDSL, the leading provider of OnDemand expense management solutions, today announced that it received a "Promising" rating in leading independent analyst firm Gartner's Marketscope for Telecom Expense Management 2006.

Vendors identified for the TEM Marketscope were chosen by Gartner from a base of over 100 companies servicing North America.
