Empowering employees with access to call information, telecom inventory and a central way to request new services has been one of the key competitive advantages of our TEM solution. Now with the booming in mobile TEM, MDSL has further improved our Online Portal for end users and managers.

The MDSL’s Online Portal enables a more effective, more personal self-service solution that directly communicates with administrative staff, managers and authorizers. MDSL’s online portal is part of an integrated solution that includes the complete management of telecom lifecycle management.

The online portal is designed to be accessed by many thousands of non-technical personnel in an organisation. It represents a user window of the complete management of their telecom services. They are now in control of their requests and inventory, and can access detailed reporting on call usage, while the system ensures the enforcement of local regulations on data confidentiality and privacy law.
