Top Japanese Bank Selects MDSL to Manage Their Telecom Expense in Asia and U.S.

London, New York, Tokyo, Macau and Paris, May 13, 2010 - MDSL, the leading provider of global telecom expense management (TEM) and market data management (MDM) solutions, continues its international expansion and has signed its first TEM deal in Tokyo with a top five Japanese bank for mobile expense management for all Asia and managed services for 20-plus offices in the United States.

The TEM managed services deal for the U.S. includes business process automation, telecom invoice processing, inventory management and auditing and dispute resolution for all wireless and landlines. 

While industry analyst Gartner estimates that the TEM application sector will grow into a US$1.7 billion business in America by the end of 2010, the Asia Pacific market is still young.  MDSL first opened an office in Tokyo in 2003 when it began to see that customers there, like Europe, needed powerful but flexible solutions.  Today, MDSL is perceived as the only serious TEM provider in Asia.
