• The creation and maintenance of an accurate inventory of market data services: This includes maintaining the foundation data that describes your organization’s logical and physical structure, and cost codes; uploading monthly HR files; uploading monthly files from vendors; and updating the database with any other changes.
• Full visibility of market data expenditure: Our experts will produce monthly management reports to an agreed format and schedule, providing a clear and comprehensive picture of expenditure, ensuring relevant information is available for negotiating with vendors, and giving line managers the opportunity to understand and review costs.
• Automatic investigation of exceptions and disputes: This includes identifying, researching and resolving any discrepancies between invoices and inventory records.
• The introduction of web-based core workflows: Such workflows ensure that all new market data requests such as moves, additions and changes – are properly reviewed and authorized.
• Easier accounting: As part of the MDX service, we will review and process invoices and prepare files for Accounts Payable (AP) systems for payment and accurate charge back to cost centers, and carry out required third party reporting to vendors and exchanges.
