Trader Profiles
Trader profiles allow you to define the collection of vendor services and access methods used by the optimal trader in each of your business areas. Once profiles are created you can tag each trader and compare their actual permissions to identify any exceptions.
Self Certification
This simple feature can bring significant savings to any organisation by e-mailing users with a request to carry out the self certification process. They are asked to certify which services they want to keep by checking a box next to each service option. By doing this the users understand exactly what market data charges they can expect to be charged for.
Netting rules and MISU
Netting rules are business rules that can be built into MDM that describe how certain combinations of service permissions allow certain services to become free of charge. Multiple Instance Single User (MISU) reports can also be generated for vendors including NYSE, AMEX and OPRA.
Proactive inventory management
With MDM you can schedule alarms for important events such as approaching contract renewals and overdue vendor invoices. Reports can be scheduled and generated automatically to show where savings opportunities exist in your data, based on changes in your inventory.
